Is it possible to know what application?  The extension I'm daling is very
simple:
exten => 1001,1,Dial(SIP/1001,15)
exten => 1001,2,Voicemail2(u1001)

As soon as the Voicemail picks up the NOTICE line appears multiple times on
the console.
