Does anyone know if it would be possible to play music on hold in the background whilst playing IVR prompts. I am hoping that this would have the effect of the background music being continuous when moving between IVR levels. There maybe a break when moving between IVR levels but the background music would not start again from the beginning at the start of each IVR prompt.
