The old netscape builds used to have a '-kiosk' flag that did that.
With some versions of IE you can run 'iexplore -k'.
There's no way I can see in firefox without modifying the browser
itself, unfortunately (once inside the browser you can hit F11 but that
doesn't remove the address bar).
