It is as simple as this: If you want everything for free then sit on the corner of the street with your hands open (called begging). Open source means you also have to do something for it. You don't want to do something for it, then you pay and hire somebody to do it for you. Look for commercial assistance, pay for it and you get documentation, support etc. Try to find a PBX solution for free that can do what Asterisk can do. If you find it, complete with documentation, support etc. Then comeback and wine and nag about Asterisk. If not; Please stop nagging. You people make me so angry. Too lazy just to look around, solve a problem and work for something that is for free. This is my 75 Euro/hour advice. And as Areski said: if you have an issue, first contact the person(s) involved. Only if they do NOT reply, solve or otherwise take satisfactory action, you should consider going to the community like this!
