Try:
exten => 0099,5,Dial(ZAP/g2/*${CALLERID}*${EXTEN}*,20)
or even
exten => 0099,5,Dial(ZAP/g2/*${CALLERID}*${EXTEN}*,20,r)
"r" is almost never needed. Asterisk will provide a ringing sound to
the caller if it thinks it should. If it's not doing so, then something
else is wrong.
