On Mandriva I've got a file called asterisk in /etc/logrotate.d which
contains:-
var/log/asterisk/event_log /var/log/asterisk/queue_log
/var/log/asterisk/messages /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv {
weekly
notifempty
missingok
}
it's been there since I started using * and runs on all my systems.
