i m trying to use radius with asterisk

bug fixes and patches, namely:
- SIPGetHeaders for chan_sip (derived from chan_sip2 )
i m using asterisk-1.0.9

_X.,1,SIPGetHeader(SIP_Authorization=Proxy-Authorization)
