Hi, I've just setup IAX2 trunking between two Asterisk servers. It seems ok except for the reduction on bandwidth use. We're using 4 G729 licensed from Digium. According to the material I've read each additional channel after the first one should only take about 10 kbps but it seems to be taking closer to 40 kbps. I came across a document that stated that you only see savings after 4 concurrent calls. Is this true or should we see the savings after the first one? Any help would be appreciated.
