Through Digium. 877-LINUX-ME (choose sales). It's $15/channel and you must have one of the listed Dialogic cards (i.e. must support full duplex). No other third party could possibly release a Dialogic channel since it would necessarily violate GPL unless it was in no way based upon the proprietary Dialogic code.
