Make sure that your span map is correctly done. It looks like the destination b channel is channel 24 on span 2. Make sure that you have your DS1s plugged in in the correct order and it's using the right DS1 for this. The channel that chan_zap picked for that was 48, so make sure also that they are not numbering the DS1 identifier beginning with 0.
