The Status = Unreachable is saying the phones no longer are reachable by asterisk. So, either the phone is going to sleep on its own, or, for whatever reason asterisk cannot send a packet to the phone and get any reasonable response.

Now is the time to do a 'iax2 debug' and reboot the phone. You
should see the registration occur again, followed by asterisk
trying to send the phone something (some time later). We need
to see the copy/paste results of that.
