Does this FXO gateway have good hangup detection on loop start lines? I configured a Mediatrix gateway (the 1204) similarly to your config, and it didn't detect hangups properly either. Right now, I just have two X100P-type cards in the server (actually, they are cheap generic modem cards and I hacked the wcfxo module to recognise them - saves a bundle) and modified the Asterisk source directly to be smart enough to know when to do a soft hangup.
