Either use a proper CTI interface to the ACD, most will have but cost $$$. Or you can try the CDR/SMDR or RTSI. CDR/SMDR is always used for billing, RTSI is used for callcenter wallboards. For your purpose RTSI may be the better bet if you don't have CTI.

If that's the case, there may be some info in CDRs but generally it wouldn't
be until after the call was complete, not at the point that the agent
answers the call.
