I'm using a Dell Rackmount Poweredge 750 with a TE110P and have not had any problems with IRQs or whatever. There is an option in the bios to assign IRQs to PCI cards so it wasn't a problem. I had a few echo issues (I suspect due to the e1000 eth card), but AGGRESSIVE echo cancelation killed them.
