Yes...you craft a dialplan string as a "hotline" as sipura describes here: http://www.sipura.com/Documents/faq0.htm Something like this should work: ( S0 <:1002@<ip of asterisk box>:5060> ) where 1002 is the extension at the asterisk box you would like to call.
