Checked modules and wct4xxp and zaptel are loaded. (if you check the makefile wct2xxp is an alias for wct4xxp)
Then did a lspci and it is not sharing any IRQs Now I am doing a zttest and it hangs on " Opened pseudo zap interface, measuring accuracy..."
