Greetings, I am having a funny problem where a user is on the phone with someone that dialed in. Another call will come in, the first is put on hold, the second answered. When the call is transferred the two external calls are connected and can speak with each other. As you might imagine that causes some surprise and problems.
What is causing this and what can be done about it?
