I really love the Asus Pundit-R. It has on board VGA and 2 PCI-Slots. Installing Linux on it is a bit tricky but if you don't need the builtin cardreader Debian Sarge works like a charm on it. We use them in production enviroment (as office PBXes) with no problems.
