I'd not bother with using the flash based 3 way calling. Instead I'd setup an account with an ITSP and make the outbound calls via IP, preferabbly via IAX2. That way to can reach out to as many people as your bandwidth allows. Simply. Conveniently. Add one IP based DID and you can let others call in to your conference via IP.
