I have experienced similar problems for the past few weeks with no resolve. Last message I received I was the only one with the problems but now I see it starting to be more prevalent. In my case the card is unusable and has left a bad taste in everyone's mouth around here.

It looks rather like the echo canceller is a daughter board, connected roughly where there's a connector on existing quad boards...
