I'm using Firmware 1.5.2. On my phone the appropriate settings are under Menu/Settings/Advanced/Admin Settings/Network Configuration/Server Menu.
Make sure that 'Server Type' is 'FTP, and that 'Server User' and 'Server Password' are correct. I don't recommend using an anonymous user, but you may be able to use it by specifying 'anonymous' or 'ftp' for your ' Server User'. I have not verified that this works. Also, if you are registering your phone's IP address via DHCP, you can specify your FTP server as a 'TFTP Server' entry in your DHCP Server's config. Otherwise, make sure that 'Server Address' is correct on the phone. ----- Jeremy On Wed, 2005-08-24 at 08:44 -0500, Jimm Shepard wrote: > I am using the Polycom IP500 and had it working with my * server but > upon moving offices something happened.
