It's because someone at uol.com.br (a brazilian provider) has a sort of
scripts (called AntiSpam UOL, running on the server's provider) to block spam, but
this scripts asks for confirmation to everyone who send an email to this person. This
script sucks a lot.
This guy don't know it and didn't turn it off.
