We do something like this:

exten => michiel,1,Dial(SCCP/michiel,15,t)
exten =>
michiel,2,Dial(SCCP/michiel&IAX2/vanbaak/${CELL_MICHIEL},40,t)

Maybe thats easier then writing C code ;)
