Hi there you let the calls go to local then it will always go to voicemail, exten => 1234,1,Dial(local/1234) use Dial(sip/1234) And how do you call the queue i don't see a queue extension exten => 12345567,1,Answer Exten => 12345567,2,queue(test1)
