Maybe you should read tritechcoa's return policies before you start
recommending them. After suffering through their RMA juggernaut, I'll
never again do business with them.
I had to return a DOA Polycom IP600. Tritech would not allow me to
return it to them saying that Polycom will not allow it. Polycom was
very helpful and even sent out an advanced replacement. I had a phone
the next day then had 7 days to return the defective phone. Of course
the phone I got was a factory refurb, but it works great.
