In callfile:
SetVar: BDOLLARS=45
SetVar: BCENTS=33
In dialplan context:
exten => s,1,Answer
exten => s,2,SayNumber(${BDOLLARS})
exten => s,3,PlayBack(dollars)
exten => s,4,SayNumber(${BCENTS})
exten => s,5,PlayBack(cents)
