You probably should do a little reading from the wiki and past postings as there is no lack of information on this topic. Cisco and Polycom phones rank the highest in terms of overall quality by those that have been exposed to lots of sip phones. Lots of sip phones in the middle, while the most inexpensive phones tend to be rated lower quality for many different reasons. When working with non-technical people and sip phones, they tend not to like Snom's and Grandstreams (and others) due to what technical people think are silly things.
