I'm not aware of websites like this in the USA or other countries, but that being said, I've not seen everything in the world, either. :)
Sure, I'd be more than willing to do that sort of plugin to HooDaHek so you could prioritize lookups. In fact, I've been contemplating adding in a lot of functionality for doing things like interacting with cellphone APIs, etc. for various ways of notifying. Alternate data sources are something to consider, too.
If anyone has more information on websites like this, I'd be happy to look into them.
