I'm having problems updating too.
The beta 1.0.7.11 release has fewer files than the 1.0.6., so tried the following:
- copied the 1.0.6.x files the the new directory, then
- uncompressed the 1.0.7.11 bundle in the new directory. this effectively overwrites the files with the same name.
Still no success.
I had no problem updating the firmware to the 1.0.6.x stable
But the BT100 has at least these problems:
- early dial does not work, due to authentication problem. To make it work remove the 'secret=blah' line from sip.conf and remove any password you have set in the phone configuration.
- Once you set early dial with the above method, this screws the '*XX' features. ex. '*72' to enable call forward.
Wouldn'b be surprised to find out that the BT200 has similar problems.
