I have callgroups and pickupgroups set up so that any of my sip extensions should be able to do *8 and pick up the currently ringing phone. This works if the phone is a hardware phone, but not if I am using X-Lite on windows.
Is this a problem with X-lite that I can fix by configuring it ? Will it work if I use an extension other than *8 ? --Rob -- Robert G.
