I investigated further the problem
I tried to disable vm from the extensions that join the queue and the
problem became better.
Now when remote extension is busy, the ring strategy goes to the following
extensions.
But when ALL the remote extensions belonging to the queue are busy, then
the message
-- Executing Macro("Local/[EMAIL PROTECTED],2", "outisbusy") in
new stack
-- Executing Playback("Local/[EMAIL PROTECTED],2",
"allison7/all-circuits-busy-now") in new stack
-- Playing 'allison7/all-circuits-busy-now' (language 'en')
is played (863 is the last remote extensions checked by the queue)
I configured the queue using amp;
I would like that when all extensions are busy no message were played, and
the caller stay waiting in the queue until
the first extension is available.
Could it be an issue about the connection between the asterisk servers
?????????
In fact, if all the extensions are on the local asterisk there is non
problem when all extensions are busy, there is no
playing about all c ircuits busy
this is, in sip.conf of the first asterisk, the line about the second *

You should either use Agents (standard or callback) or disable voicemail
on the second server, with a straight dial instead of the dial+voicemail
macro you'll likely be using.
