cvs login - the password is anoncvs.
cvs checkout -r v1-0 zaptel libpri asterisk asterisk-addons asterisk-sounds
I think v1-0 will get you 1.0.9 which I think is 'stable'. If not, try
v-1-0-9? Not sure on that one.
