[Asterisk-Users] Realtime sip_buddies "register=>" how?

Hi Matthew,
It’s really possible to allow register => to work in Realtime mode? 
I think that for the static mode with database it’s possible, but for realtime I’m not sure…
Can you explain me how I can insert the following “register” definition on the fields of sip_buddies table (realtime db)?
 
register => 2345:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/1234
