This is rather annoying. I know that this _used_ to
work in my production system.
I'm running Asterisk 1.0.5 and am using IAX
exclusively.
Used to be, when someone called in from a
caller-id-blocked number, the notification email said:
"From an unknown caller", and the message envelope
when I listened to it also said "From an unknown
caller".
Something seems to have changed. I have NOT upgraded
asterisk versions, but I did recompile asterisk
recently. Did a full make clean; make; make install
thing.
Any clues? The stuff I'm seeing on previous
discussions talks about editing the conf files to
recognise blocked callers, but I don't think I did
that before, so what's likely to have changed?
I'm not seeing the forest for the trees, obviously.
Any help would be appreciated!
