I filed a bug report yesterday about it. http://bugs.digium.com/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0000330 Budgetones are effected, not sure about others. It seems to be codec related. If you use allow=all, then it tries to negotiate G723 with Ulaw and this effects other audio items.

I posted a "sip debug" trace yesterday. I'm not inside the code to a degree that would let me nail anything down, but there were some things in there that lead me to think that asterisk doesn't think the Budgetone shares any codecs with it. . .
