There is a recent fix to cdr_addon_mysql.c that added 5 retries
and a timeout variable to the conf file.
You might want to try that.

The usual "fix" is to reconfigure MySQL - It is the database that is
causing the timeouts. I do not know how this is done. Perhaps Google
for "MySQL connection timeout" and go from there?
