Hello,
I am new to this list and to Asterisk. I am using Asterisk @Home, but
have begun to be comfortable editing the scripts.
I have a Grandstream GXP-2000 with 4 line buttons. Is there any way I
can set Asterisk to send more than one call to the phone without setting
up multiple accounts?
Such as:
Receptionist answers line
Another call comes in and she puts the first one on hold and answers the
second one.
Currently if she is busy, the call is sent to the queue instead of
giving her the option to answer.
