They are already involved in a lawsuit in germany over their patent there, now that they have a US patent expect lawsuits in the US as well. This just adds to the "about 100 patents on VoIP" that sprint-nextel has, and sprint-nextels willingness to sue. Course sprint-nextel cant do boost mobile services anymore becuase prepaid mobile service is patented.
