It hasn't worked once for me. I picked a 717-831-xxxx DID, for what it's
worth. Any attempt at calling it from the PSTN results in a "Your call
cannot be completed as dialed" recording.
I *am* able to dial my own goiax.com number and reach my incoming menu.
