Hello Tomasz, I got the 7905 working with an Dell POE switch without any modifications of cables, the 7960 also works on the Dell switch but you have to modify the cable.
I also tried the Netgear FS108p and it does not work with the 7905, 7912 and 7960 as I have tested. Even with modified cables no go on the Netgear. I believe the Cisco uses the CDP protocol to get juice from the switch, and the Netgear doesn't understand that.
