Nope. The script uses the AGI Perl module to query the callerid value straight out of Asterisk. It does not use the command line arguments at all. You'll have to test it inside Asterisk from within the dialplan.

    No, HooDaHek doesn't do 411 lookups.  I've tried working on it before,
    but never got reliable lookups finished, so didn't get that feature
