OK,

From a provider: How do you think that you ‘re going to build your connection to the Outside pstn world? Do you have a regular telephone line, or you are gong to connect yourself to a carrier through an IP Trunk?

This is your first point.

You have already an Asterisk box, I assume from your non good experience. How is that box setup?

How many lines to the outside world are you going to have?

This is for start to think about your needs.

Subject: [Asterisk-Users] Starting our own ip-telephony service?

Hi.

We want to setup our own Ip-telephony service. We’re sick of unstable ip-telephony-providers. So how do I proceed on doing this? What hardware and software do we need?

Thanks,

Arne Morten Johansen.
