Exactly the situation. When the OP did 'make install', it surely told him that app_muxmon.so was a module _not_ installed during that run (since the module name has been changed), and that he needed to ensure it was compatible with this version of Asterisk before trying to load it. Apparently the OP did not pay any attention to that message :-)
