I think my problem is Submit is not doing anything. I fixed all errors
except the Unknown index errors in the httpd log. When I click Submit
nothing happens.
If I comment the tests out of the checkSpeednr() and just have the
.submit it works ok.

That happens when you fill in the first line then hit add before submit.
Please use the submit key first then add a new item.
