I tried and unfortunately it didn't work. 1) with Background(msg1), the Local channel answers the calling channel hence SIP/xyz doesn't ring.
2) with Background(msg1,noanswer), the Local channel didn't answer, therefore, SIP/xyz rings but the caller can't hear the msg. How that could possibly be done with a special class of MOH as the file will continue to play from wherever it stops last time? Can we force * to spawn a MOH process for every incoming call?
