I can't get this all working together. I followed the instructions

website to the letter and tried every other combination I could think
of, but for incoming calls I only get

and outgoing calls only get the busy signal, when dialing any standard
land/cell number.
Are you behind NAT? If so, look at the wiki for the settings to add
to your sip.conf for NAT. You also need to make sure that your router
forwards port 5060 and ports 10000-20000 UDP to your asterisk box.
(which it appears from your post that you have already done...)
