Seems spandsp-0.0.2pre21c is broken. :(
Compiles great against 1.2rc1 but no luck so far with rc2.

I compiled spandsp 0.0.2.pre21c with Asterisk 1.2rc2 everything fine.
The only "bug" in the patch to the makefile where you have to add the
lines yourself
