All those solutions are fine, but IMHO, the simplest and best solution is to simply tell filezilla to upload the file in ASCII. The FTP protocol already takes into account that different systems handle line ending differently, and will look after it for you, as long as you tell it you are transferring a text file. Usually most FTP software will use binary transfers by default....
