For sip that exists (www.iptel.org/ser for example), afaik nothing for
IAX exists..  Although you *could* use notransfer=no and try to toss
stuff that way, just gotta watch for CDR info (there is no guarantee
that your proxy will get the end of call data so your endpoints/media
gateways need to be aware to log that somewhere).
