Why you don't build it yourself?

50 ft cable is not so large to have any problem.

Two RJ45 plugs and a length of Cat3 cable (two pairs).  Pins 1&2 on the 
first plug go to pins 4&5 on the second plug.  Pins 1&2 on the second 
plug to pins 4&5 on the first plug.
